Bob Altman, (keyboard and vocals), Linda Kodaira, (Violin), Patty McCollom, (tinwhistle, percussion, vocals,) David James, (mandolin, fiddle, guitar and vocals), make up Whirled Peas Band.

Whirled Peas Band has played for the National Jane Austen Convention in Huntington Beach, CA (2017), the National Retreat for the Romance Writers of America's Annual Conventions, Riverside, CA (2018, 2019), San Diego, (2023) The Admiral Nelson Ball, Fullerton, CA (2012 - 2019), (2023, 2024, 2025* )Dance Macabre, Riverside, CA (2015- 2017,) The Dickens Festival Grand Ball, Riverside, CA (2014 - 2019), (2022, 2023), The St. Nicholas Ball, Pasadena, CA, (2013 - 2019), ( 2023, 2024), The Adventurer's Ball, (2022) and the Alice in Wonderland Ball, Pasadena, CA (2015-2018,) (2023, 2024)
Local Dances: Whirled Peas plays regularly for local English Country Dances in Anaheim and in Culver City, CA.
Internationally, both Bob and Patty toured to Hungary and Croatia with the Dunaj Folklore Ensemble and entertained at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest.
Whirled Peas is a dance band and plays primarily for Historical Dances. Whirled Peas band members spend time prior to any event, working with the caller to make sure our music matches the caller's vision. We hope to play for your event in the future.
